B1- Business Visa
This type of visa is granted for business purposes for people from a foreign country. On this temporary Business card, you are authorised to do the following things:
- Consultation with business partners
- Participate in business, educational, professional, or scientific conferences or conventions
- Settle an estate
- Contract negotiation
B2- Visitor Visa
This visa type is granted for tourism, leisure, and personal purposes. You are permitted to do the following things with this visa: Enjoy holidays in America, Family unison and meeting up with family and friends, Medical treatment, Foreign nationals can attend social events or any other event organised by relative, social, or service organizations, Participate as amateurs in musicals and sports events, or similar non-profit events or contests & Attend a brief recreational study course
F1- Student Visa
If you've been admitted to a college or university in the US as an international student, you likely already know that you will need an F1 visa. F2- Student- Dependent Visa
The spouse or an unmarried child (below 21 years of age) of a F-1 student visa holder can apply F2 visa Other family members are not eligible for the F-2 visa category. They can come and visit you in the US on a B-2 visitor visa instead
H1B- Work Visa
The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant work visa that allows U.S. employers to hire foreign workers with specialized skills to work in the United States for a specific period of time. Typically, the roles require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Occupations that qualify for the H-1B visa are typically in fields such as technology, finance, engineering, architecture, or more.
H4- Dependent Visa
